Delivery Options

We offer two convenient delivery methods:

1. PostNet to PostNet – R110
Your parcel will be sent from our PostNet to your nearest PostNet branch. Delivery takes 2–3 business days. Please note, this is not door-to-door, you’ll need to collect your parcel from your local PostNet.

2. Arrange Your Own Courier
Prefer to use your own courier? No problem! You’re welcome to arrange collection and delivery at your own cost. Please ensure all details are coordinated directly with your chosen courier service.

For international orders, please enquire before placing your order so we can confirm the possibility of shipping and provide a quote.

Return Options

If the product is unused and undamaged, exchanges are welcome. Clients are responsible for any additional costs and courier fees for both sending and returning items.
